I am very excited about this new venture, and what better day for this article to be published than on International Women's Day?
I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends and colleagues who have not given a second thought to my gender with regards to my professional development, and encouraged me to progress. I am not pro-women, but pro-equality and feel very happy and confident in this all-female quartet entering this new chapter.
